Where to Fish » Accessible & Family-Friendly Fishing Docks

Fishing is a fun outdoors activitiy that can be enjoyed by everyone, including those with physical or mobility impairment.

Use the map below to find an accessible fishing dock near you. Docks vary in their level of accessibility; please make your own assessment as to whether a particular dock is accessible according to your needs. Click on the dock location pin to view images of the dock, pathways, ramps, disabled parking, and washroom facilities. Each pin has a brief description of the path and other features at the site to help anglers determine whether a fishing spot is suitable for them. If you would like more information about a specific location, please contact us.

Docks that have wide, graded paths, minimal slope, and bumpers or railings on the dock have been included under the ‘Wheelchair-Accessible Fishing Docks’ filter.

The map will be updated as new docks are installed and existing ones are upgraded to be accessible by the mobility-impaired, so make sure to check back later.

Do you know of a fishing dock that is accessible by wheelchairs or mobility-impaired persons that can be added to this map? Please contact us and let us know!
